Picture Perfect Pools is a top notch company from Jay the owner, extremely knowledgeable dedicated employees, quality equipment sold and a perfect install completed. Every piece of equipment was measured, leveled and plumbed during the installation process. My job was bid properly, scheduled well and completed in a very timely manner. Communication from Picture Perfect Pools was consistent and effective in everything they did. I do not have the words to accurately express how impressed I am with this local company. It’s refreshing to be able to post a 5-star experience for a company right here in my backyard.

Jay and his whole team were incredible to work with every step of the way. They built our pool exactly the way we wanted and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team have been extremely helpful and responsive with us during the entire build. It was awesome having our pool in time for summer this year. From start to finish, the project took 5 months and was exactly as they described in the timetable they provided to us at the onset. We met with 4 pool builders and it was Katie (our rep) and Jay (the owner) we felt the most comfortable with moving forward. Best decision we could have made.

I was impressed with everyone at Picture Perfect Pools. I had my pool resurfaced and the workmanship was excellent! It felt as though the workers were working on their own pool. Each and every one was concerned with the quality of work they were performing. All were very friendly as well, and I would not hesitate to have work done again by them.

They did a great job at a reasonable cost and were very focused on insuring we were satisfied. There was an issue after installation and they invested significant time and cost to insure the issue was solved at no extra cost to us. Christine was very helpful on the phone; Jay identified the problem right away with the pool pump, and they did a fine job replacing our pool pump. We are having an erosion problem around the pool deck. I called Jay, he came by the next day and inspected it, told me the names of 2 companies he felt could help us and gave excellent service and advice!

Picture Perfect Pools!! There is NO other pool company that compares to them. They are all amazing. Jay Cunningham (owner) was always on top of everything. Christine (ofc manger) efficiently handled any follow up and invoice matters. Catie ( Design & Project Mngr) did an outstanding job designing the pool & outdoor kitchen and bar area. She also has an excellent design eye for material choices such as tile, stone even furniture and umbrellas. Will (Service Mngr) & Joe (Service Tech) were very knowledgeable of all technical workings of the pool equipment and ALWAYS available to assist us in the learning process. EVERY sub-contractor Jay used for (screening, masonry etc.) were of top quality. Last but not least, the cost of our pool was very competitive compared to a LOT of others.

I was very impressed with how pleasant, professional and knowledgeable the receptionist was when we scheduled for some minor repairs. The technician was prompt and was very pleased with their work.

Picture Perfect Pools is aptly named! Jay, Catie and crew did a superb job building our Picture Perfect Pool! Before they could start, they had to remove a large in-ground spa and concrete patio (working inside of a screen caged area). They predicted it would take 90 days for demo and construction of our new pool and patio. It took 60. They came in on budget and we could not be happier with our new pool and patio! If you need a new pool, or a remodel of an older pool, these are the people to call in Lake County!

All was good on a resurface job until 2 weeks after when the tiles put down on the swim outs started to look like they were rusting. Was told by Jay the owner that the tiles comes like that and it help offsets the tiles on the wall. If there was a light amount of the rust color on the new tiles, it would have been good. Butttt, the rust color covers over 80% and looks like they just rusted, and not a design. Jay came out and to ease my disappointment, he came up with a solution that I am content with. They will work with you as much as possible to make things right!!!!

We had our pool pump replaced by Picture Perfect Pools this week. They arrived earlier than expected, did a quick and thorough job and took the time to explain how the pump worked. They also answered my questions about setting the system for cleanings. When I called for a receipt, it was sent promptly and they were very polite. This is our second experience with PPP and we will always call them when we need pool repairs. I recommend them highly.

Jay and his team are fantastic. We are not the easiest customers, and what started out as a two week project became much bigger because of things we found along the way (this happens when one is redoing a 75 year old pool). Jay bent over backward to keep the cost reasonably close to his original bid, in spite of the extra work that we found. He consistently communicates, so even as the plans changed, we knew what was going on and why. The workmanship is very good.
