Terms & Conditions

This contract is binding between Picture Perfect Pools and the person who is named on the invoice and noted on this form.

By completing this form, you agree to the following contract terms:

— I agree to not reverse the charge for any reason. If a situation were to arise where I felt entitled to a refund, I agree to communicate with Picture Perfect Pools directly.

— All payments are non-refundable. No portion of any payments to Picture Perfect Pools shall be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of this agreement. Refunds or credits, if any, will be at the sole discretion of Picture Perfect Pools.
