What is included in the maintenance service?
These services are performed weekly:
- Brushing Tile
- Brushing Sides
- Brushing or Vacuuming Bottom
- Netting Surface
- Emptying Skimmer Baskets
- Emptying Pump Baskets
- Cleaning Cartridge Filter
- Testing Chemicals
- Adding Chemicals
- Inspecting Equipment
- Emailed Report of All Chemical Levels
These services are performed quarterly:
- Acid Washing Salt Cell (if Salt Pool)
- Backwashing Filter (if DE Filter)
- Cleaning Filters (if Quad Filter)
Do you offer additional maintenance for routine items?
Every pool’s equipment requires regular maintenance to stay in top condition. Taking care of small tasks—like replacing O-rings or filter elements—helps ensure your system runs smoothly and can prevent more costly issues down the line. Our trained technicians are equipped to handle all aspects of routine maintenance, so you can enjoy a worry-free pool experience.
What additional services do you offer?

Will I get a report after each visit?
Yes, you will receive a detailed email report after each visit. This report includes your pool’s chemical levels and a photo of your pool after maintenance has been completed. It’s not only a great way to stay informed, but it can also help support any future manufacturer warranty claims by documenting consistent and proper care.
What is your rainy day policy?
What is your hurricane or extreme weather policy?
In the event of a hurricane or multiple rainy days within the same week, only chemical and basket services will be provided to ensure all customers can be accommodated within the schedule.
Do you perform services on holidays?
We do not perform services on major holidays when our office is closed. If your scheduled service falls on one of these days, we’ll ensure it’s completed either before or after the holiday to keep your pool properly maintained.
Do offer automatic payments?
Yes. Please contact our office to confirm setting up your automatic payments.
When are payments due?
If you do not have automatic payments set up, an invoice will be emailed on the 1st of each month, with payment due by the 10th. You can pay online at www.mypictureperfectpool.com/pay or by check.
Are there any fees for a late payment?
Payments received after the due date will incur a 10% late fee. Failure to submit payment may result in the closure of your account at our discretion.
